The Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) has concluded its participation in the Saudi Agriculture Exhibition for the year 2022, which was under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Chairman of the Board of Directors at “SALIC” Eng/ AbdulRahman bin Abdalmohsen AlFadly. The exhibition lasted for four days and was held at Riyadh International Conventions and Exhibitions Center, with the participation of more than 400 local and international entities specialized in the Agriculture Sector. 

The exhibition included several events, the most prominent of which was the Executive meetings which were held in SALIC’s meeting room, where the CEO Eng/ Sulaiman AlRumaih met visitors from local and international companies to discuss matters relevant to the Agriculture Investment sector. Moreover, SALIC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Grains Organization to cooperate in the field of Food Loss and Waste in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition, the Chief Corporate Services Officer, Mr/AbdulRahamn Alowais, participated in the Russian National Exposition Business Program and discussed SALIC’s strategy and national food security goals in addition to the opportunities for cooperation and investment between both sides. 

Furthermore, the participation of SALIC in the exhibition included a session under the title “Developing National Resources to Promote Food Security” in which Mr/ Ahmed Shahini CEO Advisor has discussed SALIC’s support to the National Agri-Food Sector, as he also discussed SALIC’s goals to achieve the sustainable development through its local and international investments.
