The Ethiopian Ambassador Visits SALIC

The CEO of the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company “SALIC” Eng. Sulaiman Bin Abdulrahman AlRumaih received today, Monday, July 4th, 2022, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia, His Excellency Mr. Lencho Bati, at the SALIC’s headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of a number of company officials.

The meeting discusses ways of enhancing cooperation and reviewing the investment opportunities available between the two countries in agricultural investment and livestock fields.

It is noteworthy that Ethiopia is one of the environmentally diversified countries, and agriculture is the main economic activity for the country, where about 72% of the total working workforce is employed in agriculture, in addition to the herding of livestock.
