SALIC, one of the Public Investment Fund subsidiaries, concluded its participation today, Thursday, October 26, 2023, in the Saudi Agriculture Exhibition for the year 2023, held under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, gathering leading experts and stakeholders in the agricultural sector in Riyadh.

SALIC’s pavilion witnessed meetings and discussions with various visitors. During the event, SALIC’s CEO, Mr. Sulaiman Al-Rumaih, met with the Australian Ambassador to the Kingdom and several senior officials and representatives of global companies operating in the food security sector.

The exhibition also included SALIC’s participation in two-panel discussions titled “The Future of Food and Food Security in KSA,” where Dr. Hamad Al-Batshan, the CEO’s advisor, spoke, as well as a session on artificial intelligence and the next generation of agricultural solutions and technologies, in which Mr. Rohit Singh, the Senior Vice President of Local Investments, participated.
